Heidi Jeffreys, PA-C is the CEO and co-founder of Aesthetic Alchemy, a med spa in Lubbock, TX. She is an experienced aesthetics practitioner (16+ years) and the first PA in Lubbock to specialize in medical aesthetics (since 2008). She previously worked at Lubbock Plastic Surgery and as the sole practitioner at a startup med spa. She holds a master’s degree from Texas Tech University (2005) and is an Allergan and Galderma (GAIN) trainer, recognized as one of Galderma’s Top 10 trainers nationally in 2024. Her focus is natural, youthful results through advanced non-surgical treatments, plus wellness services such as bio-identical hormone therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and sexual dysfunction solutions. The practice emphasizes empowering women in a supportive environment.
Yvette McCabe
Yvette McCabe, RN is the founder of Aesthetic Alchemy, a premier med spa in Lubbock, TX. She is a registered nurse with extensive experience in surgical and aesthetic care. Born and raised in New Mexico, she began her career in the operating and recovery rooms, developing a strong interest in plastic surgery after seeing its transformative impact on patients’ confidence and quality of life (including cancer patients). She later served as Clinical Director of a high-volume freestanding surgery center (over 900 cases per month), where the facility earned multiple excellence awards under her leadership. She also helped design and build two AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery centers recognized for patient safety and quality. After 15 years in surgical leadership, she partnered to open Aesthetic Alchemy. Her focus is personalized aesthetic treatments, anti-aging solutions, wellness support, and body-strengthening therapies, with a mission to help clients (women and men) achieve their aesthetic goals in a welcoming environment so they can feel their best inside and out.
