Refresh Medical Spa has been an Overland Park fixture since 2012, when owner Paige, RN, BSN, set out to build a room that felt like family instead of a sales floor. Best of KC named it Best Med Spa in 2025, and readers have kept it in the top five since 2021. The menu is non-invasive on purpose: toxin and filler that start around $13.50 a unit and $400 a syringe, HydraFacials, microneedling, lasers, body contouring, hair removal, brows, lashes, IV therapy, hormones, and weight support. Paige’s brief is natural results and an education-first consult so nobody leaves overcorrected. Regulars talk about being known by name more than about a signature device.
