Nirvana Med Spa is Little Rock’s combined medical spa and full day spa: a doctor on site for injectables and lasers, and a separate menu of facials, massage, nails, spray tans, and wraps for the afternoon that does not need a prescription. The pitch is one building for both the clinical reset and the glass-of-wine unwind. The medical side is broad. Botox, Dysport, Restylane, and Juvéderm cover lines and volume. IPL and other lasers treat pigment, vessels, hair, and collagen. SkinPen and Eclipse microneedling, skin tightening, and cellulite or fat-cavitation body work handle texture and contour. Hair-transplant surgery and IV nutrient therapy sit at the far ends of the same service list. The day-spa half is unapologetically traditional. Basic and advanced facials, H20 facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Swedish, deep-tissue, prenatal, and hot-stone massage, custom spray tans, waxing, lash lifts, and a full nail board keep the rooms booked by clients who never intend to be injected. That dual identity is the point. Nirvana is a Little Rock med spa where a consultation for Dysport can turn into a pedicure, and a spray-tan appointment can become a conversation about microneedling—without changing addresses.
